New HR Consultant – Lisette Torano

Lisette Toraño is a bilingual Human Resources Professional with over 16 years of experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Change Management and Regulatory Compliance. Having worked primarily in PEO and Corporate environments as an HR Manager, Trainer and Consultant, she has specialized in providing high touch HR support and guidance for small to high volume employers within a variety of industries, organizational structures, professional settings, and multi-state operations. Lisette possesses a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM – SCP). She is an active member of both SHRM and the California Chamber of Commerce.
