Vice President of HR Operations
Kelsey has been providing services to CHRS and its clients since 2015 and she has been in human resources for 15 years. In her role as VP of HR Operations, Kelsey leads and oversees CHRS’s team of HR Consultants. She plays a key role in designing and implementing HR strategies across the organization. Kelsey is trained in multi-state employment and labor practices and serves many clients and their employees across the country. Her focus is providing high-touch, high-service support in all aspects of HR, including but not limited to policy development, training, documentation, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and safety and health. Kelsey lives in Milton, Georgia with her spouse and two children, ages 9 and 11.
Sherida Simmons, SPHR

Sherida has been an HR practitioner for over 30 years with extensive experience working in defense and manufacturing industries as their Director/Vice President of Human Resources. She is a generalist with extensive expertise in employee relations, legal compliance, policy development, recruitment and more. Sherida has worked in both the private and public sectors. Before joining CHRS, Sherida owned and operated a HR consulting business for 11 years. While trained in California employment and labor practices, Sherida serves many clients and their employees across the country. Sherida has her degree in human resource management from Moorpark College and holds her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is a member of SHRM and served on the Personnel Commission for Simi Valley Unified School District for 27 years.
Shawn-Rae White, PHR

Shawn-Rae is an experienced Human Resources professional who utilizes process-oriented approaches to build, develop and support organizations. Shawn-Rae has Human Resources generalist experiences supporting various industries from small to large sized companies for over 10 years. Shawn-Rae has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of West Georgia and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Shawn-Rae currently resides in the city of Los Angeles with her husband and miniature schnauzer.
Mary Jo Stein, SHRM-CP, Certified EEO Investigator

Mary Jo has been employed as a HR Professional for over 10 years. She has received her undergraduate degree from Wheeling Jesuit University and has earned the SHRM-CP. Having worked for small businesses in the oil and gas, medical, and fitness fields, she is very familiar with independently running an HR department. Her experience includes recruitment, payroll, forecasting hiring needs, developing and implementing HR polices, performance reviews, and increasing employee engagement. She is particularly knowledgeable in areas relating to employee development and creating a safe work environment for all employees.
Taylor Robichaux, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Taylor has over 20 years of HR experience as a generalist and specializes in developing and implementing innovative people strategies that build internal capabilities, reduce operating expenses, enhance organizational effectiveness, and mitigate risks. She is skilled at devising tactical initiatives while coaching and collaborating with geographically dispersed employees and remote teams. Taylor has served global and domestic companies ranging in size from small privately held start-ups to mid-sized nonprofits and large publicly traded employers across diverse sectors. She received her MBA from Belhaven University and Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale (SIUC). Taylor has earned multiple certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management, and a certificate in Business Aviation Leadership from Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Jean holds the
Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a graduate of Golden Gate University, San Francisco, earning a Master of Science in Human Resources Management. Jean enjoys volunteering her time and skills at a job-readiness program for women and traveling.
Jenn Kirn, SPHR

Jenn has specialized in organizational development and human resources management for nearly 20 years. With a passion for small business and working with entrepreneurs, she was fortunate to work with several start-ups early on in her career allowing her to learn the ins and outs of running a successful organization. She utilized this experience to initiate a consulting business in 2009, where she could spread her knowledge to the public and private sector. Her vast industry experience allows her to offer a unique skillset with an emphasis on leadership coaching, streamlining processes, employee relations, succession planning, engagement/ culture and building innovative HR departments & practices from the ground up. Jenn holds her Senior Professional of Human Resources certification from HRCI and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Originally from New England, but a current resident of Colorado, she enjoys any and all outdoor activities, cooking, is an avid concertgoer, and is always preparing for her next travel experience with her incredible daughter.

Vicki is a professional Human Resources generalist, field and corporate administrator, with over 30 years of experience supporting various sized organizations. She has been a CHRS team member for over six years, has been PHR certified through HRCI since 1998 and received her B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Georgia. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, performance management, recruiting and staffing, employee benefits, policy design and compliance. Vicki resides in the metro-Atlanta area and enjoys vegetable/flower gardening, lawn maintenance and genealogy.

Daphne has been an HR practitioner for over 25 years beginning her career in the US Army for almost 8 years serving as a Senior Human Resources Sergeant and most recently has been consulting small to medium sized businesses for the past 11 years. She is a generalist with extensive expertise in all areas of HR to include policy development, legal compliance, training, recruitment and more. Daphne has worked with a variety of industries such as legal, retail, hospitality, tech, nonprofits and more. Living in Southern California, she is very well versed in California employment and labor practices, but serves many clients and their employees across the country and internationally. Daphne has her degree in Business Administration with a focus in human resource management and holds her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a longstanding member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Daphne is an avid music lover, and enjoys spending time with animals and in her garden.

Lindsay Castiglione
Administrative Assistant
Lindsay brings over a decade of experience in administrative support across the media, medical, and legal fields to her role at CHRS. Known for her organized and meticulous approach, she supports daily operations and administrative functions essential to the CHRS team. A graduate of Montclair State University, Lindsay moved from New Jersey to Georgia in 2013, where she now resides. Outside of work, she leads a nonprofit dedicated to fundraising and advocacy for dog rescues across the United States. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
