Thomas Smith, PhD has recently been certified by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional). Tom engages with CHRS and our clients to provide labor market data, gender equity analysis, and wage and hour studies.  As well as his dedicated time to servicing CHRS clients, Tom is an Associate Professor at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, where he teaches economics and finance.
